The new designed SC-610-series controllers are going to follow the previous SC-500/510-series and offer enhanced functionality and improved control performance. They are prepared for driving the following servo actuators:
CHA and FHA-C-series hollow shaft actuators with Hiperface encoder
FHA-C mini-series actuators with TTL-encoder
FFA/FPA-series actuators with resolver and multiturn absolute encoder
Advantages:
Flexible use by the customer since various operating modes can be selected by software depending on the desired application
The Hiperface communication allows absolute positioning within 4096 motor shaft revolutions using multi turn encoders on the actuator
The sine cosine feedback offers improved speed control performance comparing to the previous TTL-encoder
Extended inputs and outputs allow the selection of up to 256 pre-set positions stored in the EEPROM of the controller (on optional basis)
An advanced commissioning wizard incl. auto tune function offers an easy set-up of the controller
